Real estate franchisor EXIT Realty Corp. International will integrate a transaction management platform from real estate technology company DotLoop into EXIT Realty’s customer relationship management and process management system, DotLoop announced last week.
DotLoop’s platform, which allows agents to edit, share and sign documents electronically, will be a main component of EXIT Realty’s internal Total Office Resource Center (TORC), the company said. EXIT Realty has 24,500 agents and 720 offices in the United States and Canada.
DotLoop also offers e-document services to Keller Williams, among other real estate industry firms.
