Tampa’s Palma Ceia neighborhood was among the most-searched U.S. areas in September, based on the volume of searches for for-sale homes at Zillow.com, the online real estate company reported.
Zillow estimates the median value of homes in the Palma Ceia neighborhood at $270,400, which is 198 percent above the estimated median value of $90,800 for homes citywide.
Four of the five most-searched U.S. neighborhoods — and five of the top 10 — are in Portland and Seattle.
