David Pogue is officially my new role model.
After watching David present at Real Estate Connect in San Francisco with a brilliant combination of "tech wow" and humor, he has given me a new level to strive for when it comes to entertaining the tech-savvy masses.
And by the way, he also has a little column in the New York Times that I highly recommend checking out.
In our talk David imagined a world where augmented reality takes over the homebuying process. A world where looking through walls simply by waving your smartphone at a home for sale will be commonplace.
Where every single detail about the history of a property will be layered virtually using geolocation and accessible on a mobile device.
Oddly, as we chatted, it seems that world is already here.
The technology is here, currently fragmented into various other technologies that surely will come together to create what we all really want: to be able to buy a home with our phone.
Crazy?
