National real estate brokerage ZipRealty has updated its mobile application for Google’s Android platform, the company announced.
The free property search app now gives users the ability to see all available multiple listing service listings of homes for sale, and more complete MLS data in each of the 23 major metro areas ZipRealty serves; create a ZipRealty account from within the app, and sync searches and saved homes with their website account; log in using Facebook Connect; share listings through Facebook or email; and see home-value estimates from HomeGain and eppraisal, among other features.
ZipRealty’s Android app and iPhone app, combined, have been downloaded more than 1 million times since their launches, the company said.
