Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate program focuses on luxury real estate market

Realogy subsidiary Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has launched a program that focuses on the luxury home market, the franchise network announced Monday. The network also rolled out programs focusing on city-center listings (Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Urban Properties), and commercial listings (BHGRE Commercial) in the spring.

Distinctive Collection will feature properties with a listing price of at least $750,000 or those priced in the top 10 percent in their respective local markets. In addition to exposure on the program’s website and the brand’s main website, the program provides the brand’s agents with marketing and sales materials, access to advertising discounts to upscale publications, and access to a certification program from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate celebrated its third anniversary last week. Since July 2008, the network has grown to about 7,000 agents and more than 200 offices in 22 states. Its latest addition is Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Reliance Partners in Auburn, Calif., which servers Placer, Nevada, Sacramento and El Dorado counties.
