Realtor.com operator Move Inc. has renewed a content distribution agreement with MSN that allows consumers to access Move’s property listings and related information via MSN Real Estate, Move announced today.

Move and Microsoft Internet portal MSN first signed an agreement in 2003, when Move was known as Homestore, and updated the agreement in 2007. The latest agreement extends for two years and Move will continue to be MSN’s exclusive provider of real estate listings content, the company said. Move provides MSN with existing-home, new-home, and rental listings information.

Combined, Realtor.com and MSN Real Estate reach 18.6 million unique consumers each month, Move said, citing comScore data. Hitwise and comScore consistently rank both sites among the nation’s top 10 most visited real estate websites.

"By increasing our online footprint through content distribution agreements with partners like MSN … Move’s advertisers will continue to reach the right consumers at the right time," said Steve Berkowitz, Move’s CEO, in a statement.

Move has partnered with more than 933 multiple listing services nationwide and about 75 percent of its listings update every 15 minutes, according to the announcement. Visitors to the MSN home page can access MSN Real Estate through the page’s "Money" tab and by clicking on "Real Estate & Rentals."
