Real estate franchisor EXIT Realty Corp. International has chosen an Orlando, Fla.-based company as its preferred video provider for corporate Web marketing, the franchisor announced this week.
EXIT Realty has more than 1,200 offices and more than 30,000 agents and brokers in the U.S. and Canada. VScreen Inc. will provide these offices with customized video production, including consumer-focused syndicated videos.
"Since over half of all Internet activity is now video based, … partnering with VScreen was a logical and practical way to drive up website traffic and expand corporate branding," the announcement said.
VScreen is also partnering with property valuation site Zillow at the National Association of Realtors’ annual conference in New Orleans next week. The company will help Zillow’s Premier Agent advertisers record free marketing videos.
