ZipLogix, a company that specializes in electronic real estate documents, has launched a mobile Web version of its zipForm software.
The mobile Web application is available to subscribers of the company’s zipForm 6 Professional software for $9.95 a year. ZipForm Mobile syncs with users’ online software accounts. The site is optimized to run on iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Android, and BlackBerry devices.
"Our new mobile application will allow the users of smart phone devices to quickly and efficiently create forms and manage their transactions on the go," said Walt McDonald, zipLogix’ chairman of the board, in a statement.
Users can create new transactions, list the forms within a transaction, add a new form to a transaction, fill in all of the information for a transaction, and e-mail forms in PDF format to multiple recipients, according to the company.
Users log in using their credentials from zipForm, the California Association of Realtors, or the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
ZipLogix is a joint venture between Real Estate Business Services, Inc. and the National Association of Realtors. The company will demonstrate the new Web app at a booth at the Realtors Conference and Expo in New Orleans in early November. The company will also hold an iPad drawing for attendees.
