RPR is ‘just days’ from launch

Realtors Property Resource LLC — a subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors that’s building a parcel-based national property database — says it’s now partnered with more than 100 multiple listings services representing 265,000 Realtors.

Members of those "early adopter" MLSs will be able to integrate their active and sold listings data with RPR’s national property tax and other datasets, the company said in a blog post.

RPR is currently in beta testing in 13 markets, and version 1.0 of the RPR application is just days away, the company said.

RPR is competing for listings with several other firms, including CoreLogic and Realtor.com operator Move Inc.

CoreLogic, which unlike RPR and Move is offering to share revenue with MLSs, last month announced it had entered into licensing agreements with eight MLSs with a combined total of 82,000 members.

Six of those MLSs — Atlanta’s First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR), Northern Ohio Regional MLS (NORMLS), Ohio’s Centralized Real Estate Information Services (CRIS) and Maine’s Downeast MLS (DMLS) — are providing listings to CoreLogic on an exclusive basis.
