Real estate franchise giant Century 21 Real Estate has released a mobile application for Apple’s iPhone, accoding to an announcement today.
The free app allows homebuyers to find nearby properties through a geo-location button or to search by city and state or ZIP code. The results display either in a list or Google Maps view. The tab also includes a Wikipedia summary for the area.
The Listings tab displays for-sale listings and allows users to add and save their own notes and photos to individual listings. Listings include photos and descriptions of the property features. Users can tap a star button to save a promising listing to the My Favorites tab.
The Open House tab finds open houses nearby, including their date, time and location. A Contact button allows users to call a Century 21 office or send an e-mail. The Office tab finds the nearest Century 21 office, including mapped location, address, e-mail and phone contact information.
The Century 21 network includes more than 7,700 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 68 countries and territories worldwide, according to the announcement.
