National Condo Advisors LLC, a service that works to get condominium projects approved for FHA and Fannie Mae financing, has launched a new inspection subsidiary specializing in reserve studies and due diligence.
National Condo Inspections LLC’s engineering, real estate, finance and legal professionals will also prepare environmental site assessments, property construction assessments, noise studies, and flood-zone solutions such as Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Amendment (LOMA).
National Condo Advisors provides consultations for builders, developers, lenders, institutional investors, real estate firms and homeowner associations.
National Condo Inspections "will be able to better service … our clients who need extra assistance to achieve project approvals or renewals," said Orest Tomaselli, CEO of National Condo Advisors, in a press release.
