In an update to an e-signature product, real estate professionals will be able to modify and save their most commonly used documents as templates, announced electronic document management company GoPaperless Solutions Thursday.
The new "Templates and Packages" feature will be released April 15. It updates the company’s eSignOnline product, which allows users to create documents and e-mail them out to be signed electronically.
"Previously, for every new signing session, the user would have to upload the desired document, typically a PDF or Word file, and then drag and drop text and signing fields into each form they sent out to clients," so the new feature is intended to save users time and eliminate repetitive tasks, the company said in its announcement.
The e-signatures are secure, encrypted, and legally binding, according to the company’s Web site.
The update is free for users who currently subscribe to the product’s $9.95 per month and $19.95 per month plans.
