Online real estate auction company Bid4Assets has launched a new residential property analysis calculator on their site: eRealAnalyzer from eReal Investor Inc. This web tool allows users to compare how different investments stack up against each other using criteria such as purchase type, offering price, estimated market value, downpayment amount, property taxes, loan interest rate, monthly rent, property appreciation, and more. The launch comes on the heels of an influx of $3.75 million in new funding for the company.
The tool is divided up into three panels that each show data points for whether or not the investment is aggressive, moderate or conservative. Users can toggle sliders at each data point and adjust them to their specifications. The tool is available when viewing specific property details for most properties on the Bid4Assets site — some government-owned properties don’t incorporate the tool.
