MetroListMLS.com, a public-facing real estate search portal created by a multiple listing service in California, has integrated Dwellicious, a real estate tool that allows consumers to "bookmark" properties they find online.
MetroList Services Inc., an MLS that provides service to about 25,000 real estate professionals in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Merced counties, draws about 300,000 visitors per month to its consumer Web site.
Created by former eNeighborhoods managers Greg Robertson and Dan Woolley, Dwellicious works like an online shopping cart for properties in allowing consumers to create and store a list of properties that they view at multiple real estate search sites (see Inman News article).
Users can view updates to properties on their list, such as price changes and status changes (whether a property is sold, pending or active, for example).
