A startup company that will build customized, branded smart-phone applications for small businesses to offer to their clients through Apple’s iPhone App Store has launched its first product, which is aimed at real estate agents.
MobileAppLoader is offering its first iPhone application, "Real Estate — Real Easy," with no setup or monthly fees during a beta period.
The application is built from a template that can be customized and branded for each agent. Agents submit their e-mail address, phone number and Web site links to be used by the application, and MobileAppLoader creates an application for them that’s made available to their clients through the iPhone App Store.
The real estate application aims to make it easier for buyers to browse an agent’s Web site and contact them with requests for information. The application allows clients to notify agents of their location when they are interested in a property or neighborhood, and also includes a mortgage calculator.
MobileAppLoader founder and Chief Executive Officer Zvika Askenazi said the company intends to offer more templates that will allow it to build customized iPhone apps for other types of businesses.
