The Real Estate Board of New York, the largest real estate trade group in New York City, has upgraded its ResidentialNYC.com Web site with a new design and new search features.
The site now offers a "My Search Results" box that allows potential homebuyers to compare a property’s price with other average property prices in the area and a variety of real estate guides with real estate market statistics and trends.
Site users can now enter specific keywords to search for properties and search open house schedules.
ResidentialNYC.com also added an enhanced mapping feature that allows potential homebuyers to view street-level imagery and better visualize a property’s location in a particular neighborhood or block. Trulia.com, a real estate search and marketing site, powers ResidentialNYC through its Trulia Publisher Platform.
ResidentialNYC.com has received more than 23 million hits, exceeded 980,000 page views and 276,000 unique visitors since its launch in September 2007, REBNY reported.
Last month, the Washington Post and Trulia announced a partnership through which Trulia will power the newspaper’s online real estate site (see Inman News).
