Realtor.org has launched a visual tool for National Association of Realtors median home-price statistics gathered in metro areas across the country. Chris McKeever, who in October was named managing director for the trade group’s Center for Realtor Technology, writes about this Google Maps-based tool at the CRT blog.
The interactive map allows users to click on icons to view the latest quarterly metro price statistics and the percent change in median price compared to the same quarter in the previous year.
