LandAmerica Financial Group Inc. is offering its title agency partners discounted Web site development, hosting and Internet marketing services through a preferred vendor, Market Hardware.
The program is the latest of 32 "customized solutions" offered through the LandAmerica AgentXtra Program, which is designed to help title agencies expand their business, boost efficiency, utilize technology and provide better customer service.
LandAmerica created the program after ongoing surveys of agent partners revealed a growing number wanted to establish or improve their online presence, the company said.
Market Hardware will build new Web sites for LandAmerica’s agent partners or provide the necessary tools for those who want to build their own. The company will also enhance existing Web sites to better showcase agency strengths and more effectively communicate key information to business prospects.
Market Hardware also offers search-engine optimization for Internet marketing to better position agents’ Web sites in local search results and on major search engines such as MSN, Yahoo! and Google. An optional pay-per-click search engine marketing service enables LandAmerica’s agent partners to target key geographies and service categories and use custom parameters to increase click-throughs.
According to the company’s Web site, Market Hardware specializes in designing Web sites for companies including chiropractors, electrical contractors, immigration attorneys, interior designers, exterminators, plumbers, remodelers and wedding planners. The company offers complete Web site packages for real estate agents for $895, plus $29 a month for website hosting, update tools, e-mail, and reporting services.
