VFlyer, a real estate technology company that offers tools for real estate professionals to build property ads and distribute property listings information to a variety of sites, is offering more options for custom branding for its members. The company’s Theme Editor tool, first released in 2007, has been updated to include a range of stock images for a number of brokerage companies, including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, RE/MAX and others. The new tool is expected to be released to vFlyer users later this week.
Aaron Sperling, co-founder and CEO for vFlyer, said the new version of Theme Editor will simplify the process of designing customized ads. VFlyer users can further customize the new pre-loaded images by downloading them, using an image editor to add details such as phone numbers or other information, and then uploading the new images into the system. VFlyer offers free and paid subscription services — monthly subscriptions range up to $79.95 depending on the selected service package. Recently, vFlyer announced upgrades to its property listings widgets that allow members to segment displays of property listings on their own Web sites into different displays, such as by neighborhood or by property type.
