Normandy Real Estate Partners today announced 65,000 square feet of recent leasing activity in the Washington, D.C., area.
In Chantilly, Va., AOC Solutions Inc., an e-commerce and data management company for the government and private sector, expanded and extended its current lease at Glenview II to 20,000 square feet. Also at Glenview II, Keller Williams Realty Inc., an international real estate company with more than 600 offices in the United States and Canada, leased 6,785 square feet of office space.
In Alexandria, Va., Normandy recently expanded a lease for Phoenix Consulting Group Inc. at 6910 Richmond Highway by 25,000 square feet, to 54,000 square feet in total. The property is a five-story, 87,329-square-foot, class A office building.
Normandy also recently extended a lease at 4031 University Drive in Fairfax, Va., for Kalbaugh, Pfund & Messersmith P.C.
In Reston, Va., Internet Society expanded and extended its lease to occupy 10,083 square feet in the five-story, class A office building located at 1775 Wiehle Ave.
