GPX Realty recently closed 20,000 square feet in new lease agreements at the 17-building office complex located in Chester and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania.
The Woods Office Center is made up of 17 buildings and 570,000 square feet of office space situated on 77 acres.
The property also has another 32,000 square feet of space under commitment, according to GPX Realty Partners LP, which acquired the office center last year in one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in suburban Philadelphia.
GPX Realty Partners said it is currently investing $9 million in leasehold and infrastructure improvements to the property. Some of these plans include fresh landscaping, new common area finishes, parking lot upgrades, enhancements to sidewalks and curbing, updates to exterior lighting, new park identification signage, and tenant services technology and amenities.
Recently added tenants to The Woods include:
–The Progression Companies Inc., a company that provides professional in and outpatient services, signed a new lease agreement for 4,500 square feet of space.
–Seccon Amarillo, a Spanish-language Yellow Pages, will occupy 2,500 square feet of space.
–Total Office Interiors, a full-service office furniture dealership, will occupy 1,830 square feet of space.
–Pinnacle ENT Alliance, an 18-member physicians group that specializes in the ear, nose and throat, signed a new lease agreement for 1,200 square feet for their corporate office.
The Woods portfolio is located on two land parcels, one in Plymouth Meeting at 521 – 531 Plymouth Road and the other in Wayne, Pa., at 983-999 Old Eagle School Road. The Woods properties can accommodate tenants from 500 to 20,000 square feet.
