Minneapolis-based Dougherty Commercial Properties made its entrance into the Indianapolis market with the purchase of Park Fletcher One and Two, brokerage CB Richard Ellis announced Monday.
The two multilevel office buildings, sold by Premier Equities, total 161,937 square feet and are located in the heart of the Indianapolis International Airport corridor.
At the time of purchase, the buildings were 88 percent leased, according to a press statement.
Dougherty President Robert Angleson said in a statement that he and the company "look forward to building on the potential we see in this area and in the city."
