While the big news at Inman News this week has been the launch of our new Web site, we’ve also had some other changes, including moving our headquarters to a new office.
As many readers know, pretty much anything that can go wrong during a move usually does go wrong. Today, we learned that we will not have access to our phone system for a few more days.
We wanted to let readers, customers and members know how they can reach us during this time. You can definitely send us e-mail to the appropriate addresses, and we’ve set up temporary phone numbers for the following departments:
Editorial department: (510) 220-8469
Customer service: (510) 230-8447
Emergency: If you can’t get through to either of those two lines, please call (510) 910-9345.
It’s been a huge and tough week at Inman News, and we thank all of our readers and customers for bearing with us as we’ve dealt with the shakiness of a new Web site. Despite the hiccups, we’re very pleased with the outcome so far and hope you are too.
We’re still accepting feedback about the new site at beta@inman.com. We appreciate all the feedback that’s come in so far.
