Brokerage Marcus & Millichap recently arranged the $26.5 million sale of the Mountainside Village Apartments, a 197-unit multifamily community in San Bernardino, Calif.
Griffin Partners bought the 164,770-square-foot complex from Mark Chalfin of Revere Investments.
Located at 1660 Kendall Drive, the property consists of 20 one- and two-story buildings situated on an approximately 12.5-acre lot. There is a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, and the complex has undergone “extensive interior and exterior improvements,” according to a press statement.
Community amenities include two swimming pools with poolside barbecue and picnic areas, sand volleyball court, basketball court, children’s play area and two on-site laundry rooms. The pool areas have furnished sundecks and a restroom and shower area.
