In Sugarland, Texas, a 299,700-square-foot warehouse sold to an unidentified buyer for approximately $16.9 million. The property, occupied at the time of sale by Brazil-based cookware and cutlery manufacturer Tramontina USA, is located at 12955 W. Airport Blvd.
In Oakland, Calif., a 266,863-square-foot industrial building changed hands between unidentified parties for an undisclosed price. The asset, located at 5601 San Leandro St., was occupied at the time of sale by tenants that included Sam Clar Office Furniture and Biscotti Inc.
