Some 73,903 square feet of industrial space has sold in separate deals in San Diego County, Calif., for an aggregate price of nearly $20.4 million.
Handled by brokerage Grubb & Ellis, the first deal involved a 52,260-square-foot research and development building at 5935 Darwin Court in Carlsbad. Pacific Development Partners paid $15.4 million for the facility, which was sold by Cruzan Monroe Inc.
In the second transaction, Horst Family Properties LLC paid approximately $5 million for an industrial warehouse/office and showroom totaling 21,643 square feet. Sold by Leverant Trust, the property is located at 5150 Convoy St. in San Diego.
Occupancy plans for the properties were not disclosed.
