A pension fund advisor recently sold a grocery-anchored shopping center in Glen Ellyn, Ill., to a joint venture for an undisclosed price.
Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust purchased Market Plaza, an asset comprising 162,705 square feet, in a joint venture with an unidentified entity.
Market Plaza is situated on a 12.7-acre site at 525 Roosevelt Road approximately 20 miles west of downtown Chicago.
At the time of sale, the property was occupied by tenants that included Panera Bread, Blockbuster, Dollar Tree, and Jewel-Osco, the latter of which has approximately 15 years left on its lease.
