Commercial real estate brokerage Lee & Associates on Thursday announced it negotiated the sale of the 71,995-square-foot Casa de Oro Shopping Center in San Diego, Calif., for a price of more than $13 million.
Weikel Survivor’s Trust sold the property to CIF Holdings.
The asset, located at 9731 and 9735-9805 Campo Road, was 87 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants that included Big 5 Sporting Goods, Dollartree, KFC, Subway and the county library.
