Hampshire fund buys 317,000 square feet

Hampshire Partners Fund VII recently paid an undisclosed amount to acquire a 317,400-square-foot flex building in Richmond, Va.

The property, sold by an unidentified entity, is located at 5700 Audubon Drive.

According to a press statement, Hampshire has the “opportunity to expand the current building an additional 13,000 square feet.”
