Tri-Supply Co., which provides products to Texas home builders, recently leased approximately 92,000 square feet in northwest Houston for an unidentified price.
The space, owned by 7100 Business Park Inc., is located within a 216,000-square-foot, multitenant distribution facility at 7100 Business Park Drive, at the intersection of Highway 290 and Beltway 8.
According to a press statement, Tri-Supply “has been serving major Texas markets for over 50 years providing home builders with high-quality products, specializing in doors, moulding, lighting and appliances. Tri-Supply is one of the fastest-growing millwork companies in the state.”
Commenting on the deal, Transwestern’s Jude Filippone, who brokered the deal, said, “Tri-Supply is the ideal user for this project, one we hope will be a long-term tenant in the building.”
