CNC Investments purchased the property — Townlake of Coppell — for an undisclosed amount free and clear of debt.
Situated on 17.5 acres at 215 North Moore Road, Townlake of Coppell features one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 882 square feet each. Community amenities include a clubhouse, playground, fitness center, basketball court, jogging trails, two swimming pools and covered parking.
At the time of sale, the property was 95 percent occupied.
