Triple Net Properties LLC announced the purchase of a 10-story, multitenant office building in Fort Worth, Texas, on behalf of tenant-in-common investors.
The building was 94 percent leased at the time of sale, and includes an on-site deli, banking facilities, pass-card security system, and a five-story, 552-space garage.
The acquisition of One Ridgmar Centre closed on Aug. 17, Triple Net announced. The seller was Wind Realty Partners, and the transaction was represented by Gary Carr and Russell Ingram of CB Richard Ellis. Financing was provided by Wachovia Bank, National Association.
