The Sycamore Creek Research Park in San Diego’s Sorrento Valley has sold to a limited liability company for $23.7 million.
The property, located at 10655-10675 Sorrento Valley Road, consists of three multitenant office and scientific research buildings totaling 80,123 square feet. The building at 10675 Sorrento Valley Road is a 25,819-square-foot, two-story, office building. The other two buildings, located at 10655 and 10665 Sorrento Valley Road, are both two-story scientific research buildings comprised of 27,256 square feet and 27,048 square feet, respectively. The buildings were built in 1983 and are situated on nearly 3.8 acres.
At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent leased to six tenants: Protein Polymer Technologies Inc., Serono/Genset Corp., RealAge Inc., Hallmark Communities, Procuro Inc. and RD Rosado Associates.
Sorrento Business & Science Center LLC sold the property to Sycamore Creek Research Park LLC.
