Los Angeles-based FORT Properties Inc. on Thursday announced it has acquired more than 340,000 square feet of office space in three separate deals for an undisclosed amount.
In the first deal, FORT Properties purchased North Belt Office Center III and IV in Houston, Texas. The buildings, built in 2003, total 107,200 rentable square feet and were occupied at the time of sale by the United States Postal Service, Unisys and Express Jet.
In the second transaction, FORT acquired Foothills Corporate Centre II in Phoenix, Ariz., which comprises 144,908 square feet of rentable space in two single-story buildings. Tenants at the time of sale included AT&T, Global Crossings, Exhibit One and Alaska Airlines.
The final purchase involved the ConAgra Supply Chain Center in Omaha, Neb. It is an 88,600-square-foot, three-story office building located in Omaha’s northwest submarket, and ConAgra Foods occupies 100 percent of the building through December 2016. Built in 2003, the ConAgra Supply Chain Center is located in the World Communications Business Park.
The class A properties were fully leased at the time of purchase.
