As more real estate brokerage companies aim to increase online exposure for their property listings, Prudential California/Nevada/Texas Realty announced it has added two more Internet partners.
The brokerage company said it will now send listings information to Cyberhomes.com and Homescape.com.
Cyberhomes, launched in 2006 by Fidelity National Real Estate Information Service, provides consumers with real estate information that includes more than 100 million property, ownership, sales and mortgage records.
Homescape provides detailed local property data on more than 1 million listings nationwide through partnerships with a network of 125 online newspapers.
With these two new partnerships, Prudential now sends listings information to a dozen real estate Web sites, including Google, AOL, MSN, Trulia, LendingTree and Realtor.com.
“The consumer has led us to the Internet and we’re working to create a better balance between our print and Internet marketing strategies to get the best exposure for our listings online,” said Prudential’s Director of Marketing Cathy Harrington.
