Grosvenor Investment Management and Lincoln Equities Group LLC teamed up to purchase the Rockaway 80 Corporate Center at 100 Enterprise Drive in Rockaway, N.J.
The team purchased the 259,473-square-foot class A office building from Onyx Equities for an undisclosed amount.
The property is situated in western Morris County on a 10.96-acre site, and is adjacent to the Rockaway Townsquare Mall. A two-story parking deck is situated at the front of the site, as well as covered executive parking beneath the building and several surface lots.
Grosvenor is a privately owned international property group.
