A big-box retail property occupied by a home decorating and remodeling superstore has sold for $33.7 million in Lone Tree, Colo.
Providence, R.I.-based Eaton Vance Management paid all cash to Denver-based The Broe Cos. for the property, which houses retailer The Great Indoors via a triple-net lease.
The 180,000-square-foot building, built in 1997, is situated on nearly 16.5 acres, and attracted a lot of offers because it’s a “stable, low-management property with no lease-up headaches associated with multitenant centers,” according to Richard Walter, president of Faris Lee Investments, the brokerage that represented the seller.
