Brittmoore Industrial Park, a 268,550-square-foot industrial complex in Houston, Texas, recently sold for $13.3 million.
Situated in the city’s Northwest submarket, the 12-building, multitenant industrial and warehouse business park is located at 2121 Brittmoore Road. The units in each of the buildings range in size from 1,500 square feet to 24,000 square feet.
The business park was built in phases from 1992 to 2003 and features a 16-foot clear height and ground-level loading with common dock height. It was approximately 88 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants that included Horizon Builders, Mega Color, Custom Enclosures, Leisure Group, Texas Tile Service and Seismic Exchange.
RMI Investment Services purchased the property from Mammoth Brittmoore 1 LP, and the project includes excess land at the western end of the site, which is entitled for the development of two additional 24,000-square-foot buildings.
