Long-term mortgage interest rates were mostly flat again Thursday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield climbed to 4.67 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average stayed at 5.76 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate inched up to 5.5 percent. The 1-year adjustable held at 5.6 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield increased to 4.84 percent.

Mortgage rate figures are according to Bankrate.com, which publishes nightly averages based on its survey of 4,000 banks in 50 states. Points on these mortgages range from zero to 3.5.
In other economic news, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 29.5 points, or 0.22 percent, finishing at 13,241.38. The Nasdaq was up 7.62 points, or 0.3 percent, closing at 2,565.46.
