STAG Capital Partners recently acquired a three-building portfolio totaling 195,842 square feet of manufacturing space in South Carolina.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Two buildings are located in Greenwood, and at the time of purchase were fully occupied by Greenwood Fabricating & Plating LLC and Eaton Electrical Inc. The Greenwood assets are located adjacent to each other whereby Greenwood provides electroplating, fabrication, and machining services for Eaton Electrical.
The property located in Ware Shoals was also fully occupied by Greenwood Fabricating & Plating.
