Online video is heating up in real estate, and Internet video firm TurnHere is now distributing its real estate videos on most of the major search engines, including YouTube, Google, Yahoo! and AOL.
On YouTube, TurnHere has created the TurnHere Channel, displaying hundreds of real estate videos that profile individual Realtors, real estate firms, neighborhoods and houses.
TurnHere has also created a real estate play list at the new TurnHere Channel to give greater vertical reach on the popular video-sharing service.
TurnHere has produced Internet video for a wide range of real estate firms, such as Prudential, RealLiving, Coldwell Banker, Prudential Douglas Elliman, Chase International, Bank of America, Fidelity Financial, Trulia, Stewart Title and Michael Saunders.
Many of the TurnHere videos are also displayed on Google Earth, Inman Stories, the TurnHere Local Business Video Guide, the InmanWiki, and a host of other sites.
“TurnHere produces high-quality, low-cost video for a range of customers in the real estate, travel, media and financial services sector,” said TurnHere President Jim Diaz. “Distribution is a key service of the TurnHere turnkey solution, giving our clients first-mover advantage as video becomes an exciting new way to build traffic on the Web.”
Producing Web video in more than 50 countries, TurnHere has a network of 2,000 filmmakers around the world.
TurnHere produces Internet video profiles for individual Realtors, company videos for brokers and franchises, neighborhood tours and Internet videos on homes. The TurnHere videos are professionally produced with an authentic style using homeowners, Realtors and customers, according to Diaz.
“Building traffic around these videos is the next logical step, which can only happen once a compelling video is created and is systematically placed on the heavily trafficked search engines,” said Diaz.
