Western Realco Inc. has acquired an 85,912-square-foot industrial building in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., for an undisclosed price.
Mitsubishi International sold the facility, which is situated on 409,464 square feet of land at 11919 Smith Ave.
Primary Steel, a supplier of steel plate and carbon coil products, occupies the space on a lease that expires in 2010. Upon expiration, Western Realco may decide to redevelop the property, according to a press statement.
Currently, the property features high ceilings and multiple crane systems.
