Guthrie Development Co. has sold Guthrie Orange Business Center, a newly developed, 86,372-square-foot industrial park in Orange, Calif., for $15 million.
The property, located near the intersection of Meats and Glassell avenues, is comprised of 15 small, freestanding industrial buildings ranging in size from 4,400 square feet to 7,650 square feet. The buildings have 16-foot clear heights and ground-level loading. The project was completed in November 2006.
“With severe pent-up demand for small industrial space in North Orange County, this project experienced a substantial amount of demand from light distribution and manufacturing firms due to its great location next to four Orange County freeways,” said Robert Guthrie, president of Guthrie Development Co. “Guthrie Orange Business Center successfully sold out before completion of construction on the project.”
