North Andover office deal completed

Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the sale of North Andover Office Park, a two-building, 92,893-square-foot office complex in North Andover, Mass.

FSP North Andover Office Park Limited Partnership, which owned the campus for more than 10 years, sold it to First General Realty for $11.7 million.

The properties are located at 451 Andover Road and 203 Turnpike St. Both four-story buildings are comprised of medical office, office and retail space, and were 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.
