STAG Capital Partners purchased a 120,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Independence, Va., for an undisclosed amount.
The building is situated on 13.45 acres of land at 1 Michelin Way and was fully leased at the time of sale to Michelin North America Inc., a manufacturer of automotive and truck tires.
SIEBE AMERICA Inc. sold the property.
STAG Capital Partners actively acquires warehouse, flex, manufacturing and office buildings.
