Seagis Property Group expanded its Florida industrial holdings with the acquisition of a 215,000-square-foot warehouse building in Miami.
An unidentified entity sold Seagis the property for $10.5 million.
At the time of sale, the property, located at 6699 NW 36th Ave., was 93 percent leased to Colmar Storage LLC.
This latest purchase increases Seagis’ Miami holdings to 19 buildings totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet, according to a press statement.
West Conshohocken, Pa.-based Seagis Property Group LP owns and operates industrial buildings in logistically driven locations along the Eastern Seaboard.
