A joint venture between Simmons Vedder and INVESCO Real Estate has sold a multi-tenant office building in Houston.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The Reserve at Westchase is a 193,772-square-foot class A office building located in the Westchase District of Houston. The building is situated on 6.6 acres and was constructed in 1999.
The property was fully occupied by three tenants at the time of sale. Tenants are Cameron International, Aegis Mortgage and Wood Group Pressure Control.
Transwestern Houston brokered the sale on behalf of Simmons Vedder and INVESCO.
The buyer was Reserve at Westchase LP.
Transwestern is a privately held commercial real estate firm.
