Triple Net Properties LLC represented tenant-in-common investors in the purchase of Westpoint I, a mid-rise office building in Irving, Texas.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Westpoint I is a class A, six-story building totaling approximately 150,019 square feet located at 1255 Corporate Drive on more than five acres. Completed in 1998, the building was 95 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants that included US Bank, MedSynergies Inc. and Excentus Corp.
Brandywine Realty Trust sold the property.
