Transwestern represented Bascom Group in the purchase of Spanish Village Apartments in Dallas, Texas, for an undisclosed price.
The 272-unit property is located near the intersection of Coit and Arapaho streets.
“This off-market transaction was sourced as part of a targeted acquisition strategy formulated between The Bascom Group and Transwestern,” said Transwestern Vice President Armand Charbonneau. “Spanish Village has a unique product mix including 52 duplex units that can be spun off to enhance investment returns. … Bascom will be able to create marketing improvements to immediately improve rental rates and add value.”
Transwestern provides commercial real estate services nationwide.
