TIC investors downsize in Sacto

Triple Net Properties LLC represented tenant-in-common investors in the sale of the Sacramento Corporate Center in northern California.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Sacramento Corporate Center is a 192,780-square-foot, class A office building located at 501 J St. in downtown Sacramento. The six-story building houses such California state government tenants as the Department of Corrections and the Department of Health Services. The property features an onsite parking structure with 2.7 spaces per 1,000 square feet.

The property, which was 90 percent leased at the time of sale, was sold to Chase Merritt L.P.
